The Haryana government has officially introduced the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana Mobile App to make registration, eligibility checks, and application tracking easier for women beneficiaries. Through this mobile app, eligible women can apply online, check their eligibility status, track application progress, and submit complaints directly from their smartphones—without visiting any government office.

Scheme Started on Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Jayanti

The Lado Lakshmi Yojana was formally launched on 25 September 2025, marking the birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay. This initiative reflects the state government’s commitment to women empowerment and social welfare by ensuring smooth and transparent delivery of financial assistance.

₹2,100 Monthly Financial Assistance for Women

Under this scheme, eligible women receive ₹2,100 per month, which amounts to ₹25,200 annually. The financial aid is transferred directly to the beneficiary’s bank account through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer). The primary objective of the scheme is to promote financial independence among women and strengthen their family’s economic stability.

After installing the app, applicants can register by logging in with their mobile number, Aadhaar details, and Family ID (Parivar Pehachan Patra).

Eligibility Criteria for Lado Lakshmi Yojana Mobile App

Women must meet the following conditions to receive benefits under the scheme:

• Must be a permanent resident of Haryana for at least 15 years
  • If married from another state, the husband must have lived in Haryana for 15 years
• Age limit: 23 to 60 years
• Annual family income: Less than ₹1 lakh
• Must have a bank account in her own name
• Should not be receiving any pension or other monthly government allowance
